4 Nov	Congratulations are due to Tamsin Beaumont who today won her first England ODI cap. She is the first lady to our knowledge to have played in the Kent Cricket League and play for England. A highly creditable achievement.

15 Sept	We are sad to announce the sudden passing of Bob Chappel at the age of 64 on Sunday. Many of you will have known Bob as one of the stalwart panel umpires. He will be sadly missed and we offer our sincere condolences to his family and friends.
