There will be two Knock-Out competitions from the 2007 Season

The New Cup will be for the Premier Division teams of the eight ECB accredited Leagues. The first round is regionalised (North and South of the River Thames) to minimise travel. The draw for the 2007 competition took place on the day of the Annual General Meeting and is:

Home Counties v Middlesex

Southern v Surrey

East Anglian v Essex

Kent v Sussex

The dates for the New Cup are:

First round (Quarter Finals) Thursday 21 June

Semi Finals Thursday 12 July

Final Wednesday 8 or Thursday 9 August.

The Final of the New Cup will be at a neutral venue to be arranged when the finalists are known.

The Sovereign Trophy (sponsored once more by Readers) will be for all other Leagues (and the remaining Divisions of the ECB Leagues). This is also regionalised, North and South of the River Thames, for the first round. Fifteen teams have been entered for 2007 and the draw is:

East Sussex v Kent 4/5

Essex (ECB) v Essex Sunday

Surrey Championship v Surrey Cricket League

Mid Essex v Hertfordshire

Bedford County v Berkshire

Herts. and Essex v Middlesex Premier

Kent 2/3 v Surrey County

The dates for the Readers Sovereign Trophy are;

First round Wednesday 20 June

Quarter Finals Wednesday 11 July

Semi Finals Wednesday 01 August

Final Wednesday 22 August
